Implementation Plan

What to expect when you bring WonderGarden to your school. We believe in transparency — here's exactly how the process works.

1

Initial Consultation

Week 1

We meet with your school leadership to understand your current approach, goals, and challenges. We'll assess your team's familiarity with Reggio Emilia and design a tailored plan.

2

Platform Setup

Week 2

Our team configures WonderGarden for your school — classrooms, teacher accounts, student profiles, and parent invitations. We handle the technical setup so you don't have to.

3

Teacher Training

Weeks 2-3

Hands-on training sessions with your teaching team. We cover observation techniques, the platform workflow, and how to use AI-enriched data for curriculum planning.

4

Soft Launch

Weeks 3-4

Start using WonderGarden with one or two classrooms. Our team is on-site or available remotely to support the transition and troubleshoot any issues.

5

Parent Onboarding

Week 4

We help you introduce WonderGarden to parents — including QR code invitations, a parent information session, and guidance on home observations.

6

Full Rollout & Ongoing Support

Month 2+

Expand to all classrooms. We continue with regular check-ins, professional development sessions, and platform updates based on your feedback.

What You Can Expect

📈

First Month

Teachers will be comfortable capturing observations. Initial AI tags will need some corrections — this is normal and makes the system smarter.

🌱

First Term

A developmental profile begins to emerge for each child. Parents start contributing home observations. AI recommendations become more relevant.

🌳

First Year

Complete developmental records for every child. The AI has learned your classroom's patterns. Termly reports write themselves.
